High Yield Oil consists of a fine mixture of vegetable frying oil. Boasting a high boiling point (above 210oC) and a low content of free fatty acids, the shelf life of High Yield Oil is much longer than that of normal oils.
Another of its benefits is that it has<a low content of trans fats (0.8) and a high content of unsaturated fatty acids (about 80).
